1. Foundations

(type of foundation to choose from)*

Installation of reinforced concrete piles, wooden grillage and sip floors

 

A. Installation of foundation piles:

reinforced concrete bored piles Ø 250 mm, profile pipe 100*100 mm, reinforcement 12 mm.

Installation of a grillage from lumber with a total cross-section of 146*138 mm (146*92). Installation of the first floor floor covering from SIP panels made of cement particle board measuring 2700*1200*170 mm with antiseptic-treated calibrated kiln-dried lumber (46*140 mm).

B. Installation of foundation piles:

reinforced concrete bored piles Ø 250 mm, profiled reinforced concrete strip,
reinforced concrete floor.

* Foundation of your choice (the cost of the foundation type is the same if there is no slope on the site)

 

2. Installation of external walls:

Installation of external walls of the first floor and frames of load-bearing partitions from SIP panels made of cement particle board measuring 2700*1200*168 mm with antiseptic-treated calibrated kiln-dried lumber (46*140 mm). Installation of load-bearing partition frames made of 38*89 mm lumber (76*89 mm).

3. Roof and roofing installation:

1st grade lumber of natural moisture, antiseptic treated (rafters 50*150 mm, lathing, transverse lathing), vapor barrier A, D, insulation 150 mm, soffits (C-8 profile), roofing – metal profile (metal tile).

 

Additional works

 

Engineering communications

  • Power supply (installation of wall outlets, laying of VVGng electrical cables, allocation of groups, installation of electrical panels, installation of RCDs, installation of circuit breakers) at the rate of 3 points per room according to the explication (two sockets + switch)
  •  Ventilation (kitchen, bathroom/bathrooms, vent pipe) natural exhaust (piping, installation of roof and roofing passage elements, installation of caps/awnings)
  •  Heating (piping with preparation for installation of end devices)
  •  Water supply and sewerage (piping with preparation for installation of end devices)

  • Soundproofing of interfloor ceilings (from 3 floors).
  • Construction of internal frame (non-load-bearing) partitions with installation of sheet materials (gypsum plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, cement particle board) and installation of insulation.
